The Principal Assistant Secretary (PAS) Pallisa District Mr. Okello Martin giving opening remarks

“CSOs exist to complement Government work; they help deliver what government is not able to deliver. I thank CIDD-UG for organizing this dialogue, I have read the objectives of the dialogue and I feel convinced that CIDD-UG is set to close the previously existing gap where we have not had a platform that collects development actors to discuss pertinent issues of development nature. As Pallisa District Local Government, we shall continue working with you to ensure that we provide efficient and effective services to our people in Pallisa District”.

The Principal Assistant Secretary (PAS) Pallisa District Mr. Okello Martin while giving opening remarks during the service delivery dialogue organized by CIDD-UG to discuss joint strategies of ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery in Pallisa within COVID-19 crisis.
